Fiona Jones – Enterprise and Learning Manager
“I am a teacher at heart and I love to share knowledge and skills in a diverse way to provide training and education to those that may have barriers to learning. I have been working in the alternative therapy world for 26 years and teaching for 22 years. I am excited about bringing my passion and skills to Flourish Together. I have been working alongside Flourish for the last 8 years teaching the career in holistic health programmes and building up the Pop up Spas, so now I’m looking forward to being a full-time member of the team.”
What’s next?
To develop the Careers in Holistic Health Courses and support and mentor the learners to build their own business and enterprises. Pop Up Spas & Retreat will be a big part of my role to provide access to treatments to the local community as well as provide a realistic working space for our newly qualified students. Good times lie ahead.
Random fact
I have travelled around the world for a year back in 2008-2009 and visited India, Nepal, Borneo, China, Japan, USA and Canada. My favourite part of the trip was a trek in the rainforest in Borneo to see Orangutans and being buried in black hot sand on a beach in Japan!
