“I’ve spent the last 3 years as a Development Producer at a Manchester based production company making documentaries and reality TV shows but decided it was time for a change. I’ve always been passionate about community, so once the opportunity arose for me to merge my interests, it was a no brainer.”
What’s Next?
“I want to help Flourish get more social! I’d love to put on more networking events, activities, meet-up groups, etc. I’m working on improving our social media presence so we can connect with our network both on and offline…Hopefully this will help get more people through the doors.”
Random fact
“It took me 3 attempts to pass my driving theory test and 4 attempts to pass my driving test – I haven’t driven a car since, and I passed in 2017”.
Imani is based at the Flourish Hub above Heaton Chapel train station, and is on hand to answer any enquiries Monday through to Friday, so if you’re ever in the area, pop in for a coffee and she’ll give you a tour of the space!
