Flourish Together is excited to be recruiting for a number of staff roles to join the team as we go through a period of expansion.
Having celebrated 10 years of supporting women as a force for social change in November 2023, the next three years will see a period of step change for the organisation as we expand our programmes, intensive support for social enterprises and charities, plus develop new community-led assets (physical and digital). We are looking for dedicated, energetic people who share our values in building a strong social economy as well as investing in diverse women as a force for social change, whilst creating new community assets, resources and innovations.
People of all genders and backgrounds, particularly those with cross-sector experience are sought, to complement our existing team.
Flourish Staff Opportunities

Board Opportunities

Volunteer Opportunities
We are also seeking to create volunteer opportunities to support with ad hoc events, research, social media and communication, as well as assist with the running of our new Social Enterprise Hub in Heaton Chapel. So if you have 4-12 hours per week spare to assist, develop your skills and make new connections please do feel free to send us a CV and covering letter.
